Today at school we are going to a pep rallly. We got back from music and we sang some of our Christmas Program songs. We were at the library to get some books. The pep rally is in the gym.
Tuesday we played a fun game in PE. Every week we do art on Monday. We keep practicing for our Christmas Tea. We are performing the Grinch and the Christmas Story for our first grade reading buddies.

I'm Alex, yesterday we had the Christmas store and we bought for our  family. Today we finished Because of Winn-Dixie. It was great.It was about a girl and her dog going to Naomi, Florida and Opal is trying to find friends.

I'm Ever Grae and we went to the Christmas store and it was really fun.We also are reading a book its called Because Of Winn-Dixie. It's a really, really good book and it's about this dog named Winn Dixie and a girl named Indian Opal.  She found Winn Dixie in a grocery store and we are on chapter twenty-four.That's all for today.  This is Kendall reporting. This week we have reading buddies.We are learning the Christmas play in  
music. We are learning the songs.In art we are doing Christmas cards for relatives.

 Hi this is Allie.This week we provided chickens for people. We provided 161 chickens. So people could go to a food pantry and so people could get meat for Thanksgiving.  We did personal narratives.  I did mine about me getting knocked over by a wave.

This week we went to the Meramec Caverns on Wednesday.We left after chapel. Were about to go to pe and we also have reading buddies. We had three tests this week English, math, and spelling and all of them were very fun. Lauren

Hi,this is Kilea. This week we did Freckle Juice people. Two groups got Sharon, and two groups got Andrew. We were making body size posters. We would come up with words that describe Sharon or Andrew. We would trace the four tallest people in our class. And write the words that we came up with. Then we color in our poster. we are doing parenthases. Can you figure this problem out ?? 14 - (16x30)= We are also reading grasshopper summer for reading this week. It is very very exiting already, But SCHOOOOOOOL IS ALMOST OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)  Also we went to the science center and we learned a lot about physics, air-motion and fossils. But the most fun part was the giant planetarium where you can look at all the stars. Also the big giant omnimax theater. ITS SO AMAZING I JUST WANT TO PLAY VIDEO GAMES ON IT. LOL,You should go look at it, its like  50ft. by 50ft.!!!! probably even more! We watched air racers in the omnimax theater. We are also doing book reports, I did mine on Geronimo Stiltion Mouse in Space. Our book had to be a science  fiction story. THIS WEEK WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are reading a book about Grasshopper Summer.It is really good, We also had a English test on Wendsday.It was easy.                                                              Ethan 


Today we had some smoke we were scared. We are reading a book called Grasshopper Summer.                                               Katie


On Monday we brought in 3 items for Grasshopper Summer. I brought  in a waterbottel, a cross necklace, and a phone. On Tuesday did lesson 88 in math and lesson 39 in Religion. On Wednesday we had chapel  and the second graders lead it. Also we read chapters 1-4 in Grasshopper Summer. On Thursday Mrs.Hanson showed us how we were going to do our animal wiki. On Friday we got catipillars. I named my Wiggles. Also we were at recess and some smoke set some bad gas in the air so we had to leave the building and go to the field. Today we went to the ACR Store. I got some string for 3 points. I hope you got enough info for this week. Sorry I cant type anymore. I have to go home. Bye!!!!!!

This week in Third Grade, we had SAT testing! My favorite part of it was getting the candy. In English we have been learning about Adjectives. It is fun! We had to memorize the last part of the Apostle's Creed!  We also wrote letters to the soldiers in Afganhastan. I hope you all had a good week!

OH MY GOSH, we had SAT testing. It was so not fun.  So much the week felt like forever.
I just want the week to end so bad. Well at least it is Friday :) (: those are smiles :) (: .
I am wanting to go home so bad. We wrote letters to soldiers and donaters, it didn't take long
to write the letters. It feels like a minute is a hour.I hope I did good on SATs.

Hi friends this week for spelling we learned about homophones. For example if you would say no or you could say know. We also finished our stories that we wrote ourselves. Mine was about my cat Cookie and about her life. All of us students finished our stories by Thursday so we go  to watch a movie and the movie was Charlie in the Chocolate Factory and it was AWESOME. Also we had reading buddies on Friday and my reading buddy is named Lucy. Our class also is reading the book Alice in Wonderland and it is very good. In computer lab, we are working on our African-American Webquest. Also, we had a math test today and a 3's and 4's fact test. We did our memory card today. It is 1 Chronicles 16:23-24. Sing to the Lord, all the earth; proclaim His salvation day after day. Declare his glory among the nations, His marvelous deeds among all people. My favorite subject is reading. What's yours?

Happy Valentines Day!In school we are learning about Bessie Coleman.She is cool to learn about.In science we are learning about the planets.Mars,Juipitar,Pluto,Uranus,Earth and the ones I forgot.We had a class spelling bee.Sadi won first Lauren won second and I am the alternate.Well Happy Valentine's Day !Emma Steinmann 


I am so exited that we get three days off of school. Our Valentine's party is this Thursday. I can't wait! In math we are learning about shapes. Mrs. Hason's birthday is Monday. Hi everyone,
third grade is great!! This week we have National Lutheran School's week.Monday is neon day.Tuesday is clash day.Wednesday is PJ day.Thursday is class day we wore white t-shirt, jeans,hat and mismatch socks.Friday we have cougar wear and a pep rally.Last  months book report is non-fiction.I did it on Harriet Tubman. She is amazing!!!!!!This months book report is a biography.I am doing it on Betsy Ross.She is an awesome sewer.They are both VERY interesting people.And guess what? I have to dress up as Betsy Ross!I will try to send in a picture.I know one thing about the Titanic. TWO dogs survived.It is amazing!! Well I have go do my book report. It is National Lutheran School's week.We are wearing cougar wear right now.We have a school fundraiser thing and we get canaival food!I did Harry Houdini for my book report.We get a pep  rally after recess I'am so excited.We are working on space projects right now.Well thats all for now.

This week was great.We learned a lot more about the Titanic.The Titanic sounded awesome!Now
we are about to learn about  Pompeii, the volcano.We are even going to make our own volcanoes.
Today was crazy, because we had 4 tests!One math test, one prefiix test, one reading test, and one
