This week we had Grandparent's Day! We are leaning about rocks and minarals.We are learing about hamburger writing .We went to chapel on Friday!We did awards for  living the farthest away,closest,longest together, anniversary,and oldest in the room.



We just got back from lunch and recess . We played on the play ground.
 Most of the boy's played football and soccer .
We are about to go to pe play a game.

Hi,this is Kilea. This week we did Freckle Juice people. Two groups got Sharon, and two groups got Andrew. We were making body size posters. We would come up with words that describe Sharon or Andrew. We would trace the four tallest people in our class. And write the words that we came up with. Then we color in our poster. Today we had two test one on english and one on spelling.Today we have reading buddies,reading buddies is when the first graders come in our classroom and we read to them and sometimes they read to us.      By Lauren

This week at school I got tree inturseption in football.I finshed my cup in art I like to do art a lot.This week I read Freckle Juice. This week at school we learned about plans.We did a experiment to see if plants could live without every thing they need, like no water, no sunlight, and no nurients.It was lots of fun.                                                                                                                   .

This week at school we leaned about plants.We did  a experiment to see if plants coud live without every thing they need, like no water, to sunlignt, and no nurients.It was fun.  We also read Freckle Juice.It was about a kid  who wanted freckles. We went to art I finished my cup it was fun. I also played cops and robers.We also played jolly ball. We also learened about the subject and predicate in English. We also got our book orders today. It was so so so fun.

We just got back from PE.  We played a game and ran ten laps around the gym.  Everytime we did a lap we had to do 10 jumping jacks.  And now we are reading with our reading buddies.  THen we are going to do our planners and prayers and then go home for the weekend.

Hello my name is Kris.This week I am doing the class blog.On Wednesday, Mynista from building 129 came.We made baptismal cards and we used boomwackers in music. Which are things that you hit with your hand and depending on the color they make different sounds.It was Lauren's birthday today.

Hello my name is Kendall.This week Mynista came to sing with us.We did baptismal cards.It is Laurens B day.  

Hello my name is Allie.This week we saw Mynista at chapel and it was a lot of fun. We had fun with our reading buddies.  We have Mrs. P's first grade class. 

Mynista sang with us and helped us Praise the Lord at Chapel on Wednesday.

Hi, this week we learned about poetry. We did an acrostic poem, and a cinquain poem. We also learned about Adverbs and Combining Sentences with an Adverb in English. We are reading Grasshopper Summer, and this week we got to Chapter 20 in it! In  Science we are doing Animal Wiki's, I'm in the Bird group. We had a Math test today. That's all for now!

Hello this week we are working on writing poetry.Also in social studies we have been working on the Oregon Trail and we have to  have families and my family is Ethan the dad, Cloe the mom,Jacob my older brother and Gracelaynn my older sister. This week we got our caterpillars. They are really fun to watch. We did book reports. Everyone did a great job. We have been reading GrassHopper Summer. Then after we read the chapters we have questions and an activity.

This week we got our caterpillars. They are so fun to watch. We did book reports. Everyone did great job! We have been reading Grass Hopper Summer. Then we had  two tests, a Math Test and Science Test. We are learning about adverbs. They are super fun to learn about. We went to the Science Center. It was SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!

We have been taking care of caterpillars.Mine's names SDM, Also we are learning something new in math

we are doing parenthases. Can you figure this problem out ?? 14 - (16x30)= We are also reading grasshopper summer for reading this week. It is very very exiting already, But SCHOOOOOOOL IS ALMOST OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)  Also we went to the science center and we learned a lot about physics, air-motion and fossils. But the most fun part was the giant planetarium where you can look at all the stars. Also the big giant omnimax theater. ITS SO AMAZING I JUST WANT TO PLAY VIDEO GAMES ON IT. LOL,You should go look at it, its like  50ft. by 50ft.!!!! probably even more! We watched air racers in the omnimax theater. We are also doing book reports, I did mine on Geronimo Stiltion Mouse in Space. Our book had to be a science  fiction story. THIS WEEK WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
