This week we did rough drafts in English so they can be published. Today we are doing the share bag. It is Elliana's turn.   She will pick somebody to tally up 20 questions.  She brought in a Laura Ingalls Wilder doll. We raised $669.50 for the For His Glory Orphanage in Hati.  Some parents matched it so then we raised $1,169.50. That was just our class alone!! There are still six other classes raising money!!  All six classes raised $3,028. 58!  We have reading buddies today. Our buddies are from Mrs. Winter's class. My buddy is Saylor. Audrey E. Waite.

This week we did two math tests one was on multiplication the other was just math. We also did our president reports in social studies.We learned about natural disasters in science there was lots of vocab. Jack T.

We did a charecter cube about Bessie Coleman.  Bessie was a African-American pilot.  She died by falling out of a plane.  We do reading buddies every Friday.  Our reading buddies are in first grade.  My reading buddy is Josh.  Reading buddies are so fun! Layen m.Helvey.

This week  we had no spelling. We made a Bessie Coleman cube and had a test on Bessie Coleman.  She was the first black women to fly.   Joshua  
We had no school on Wednesday and Tuesday.  We took a religion test. The religion test was ten questions.  We took a multiplication test.  The math test was sixty questions.It was kind of hard.  It was squares and nines.Jack D.

This week we had no school Tuesday and Wednesday.  We are still trying to raise $500 to help the orphanage for tables and benches.  We'll know next week that if we reached the $500.  We are learning about volume.  For volume multiply length and width and height.  Luke

This week we had a math test. So almost no math homework for the whole week. Also we had science test one of our vocab. words is amber.  Amber is hardened tree sap. Today we have our Valentines party. I hope it will be fun.-Zoe

We have been working on earning money for Haiti. If we earn $500 a gracious parent will pay $500 back!I want to earn that money ,so we are all working really hard.We had to write H,K in cursive!-Grace A.

We have a Valentine's party today. We are making goop. And we are making icecream sundays. Have a really, really great Valentine's Day.

On Friday we had Volcano Eruption Day. We had the choice if we wanted to make a volcano or not. Alot of people chose to make a volcano. Three people got to show our reading buddies. When the volcanos exploded everbody was so fasinated. Volcano E ruption Day was very fun!

We celebrated Groundhog's Day. We also talked a lot about the Super Bowl. Who do you think will win the Super Bowl? I've taken my guess, how about you?  I think the Giants will dominate the Patriots. Cade

Next week we are rasing money for His Glory Orphanage in Hatia.  The 3 ,2 and 4 grade are working to raise money. We are trying to raise $500 .  Wish us good luck.  Ashley
